Mason Bates will unveil his new commissioned orchestral suite, “The B-sides” this week along with Yuja Wang and the San Fransico Symphony. Excitement for the performance has been raging as once again Bates’ showed off his adroit ability to blend the classical and the hip last month as the YouTube Symphony Orchestra played part of the “The B-sides” during its debut.
